Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email, live chat and phone
- Providing consultations on the company’s services
- Familiarize yourself with new products and services as they are introduced.
- Immediately escalate the issues that you are not equipped to deal with
- Working with the database.
Requirements:
- A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with customers
- High-quality written and spoken communication in Spanish and good command of Russian ( B1-2)
- Aptitude for learning, ability to handle stress and results oriented
- Ability to work in a team.
