Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email, live chat and phone
  • Providing consultations on the company’s services
  • Familiarize yourself with new products and services as they are introduced.
  • Immediately escalate the issues that you are not equipped to deal with
  • Working with the database.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with customers
  • High-quality written and spoken communication in Spanish and good command of Russian ( B1-2)
  • Aptitude for learning, ability to handle stress and results oriented
  • Ability to work in a team.
